About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves proactively engaging with customers, building lasting relationships, and selling tile and related products. The associate will also be responsible for understanding product installation and usage, tracking sales goals, managing store orders, and providing product updates. Professional presentation and other duties as assigned are also part of the role. First-year earnings are expected to be between $45,000 and $75,000 through a draw plus commission payment structure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
