About The Position
The City of Chaska has multiple Commission openings beginning January 2027 with a three-year term of service. These are volunteer positions. Note: Student Positions are for 1 (one) year only. All Commission positions are appointed by City Council. Interviews for Commission positions will be at a City Council work session in late January/early February with appointments made shortly after the interview.
Requirements
- Student positions require ages 16-20
Responsibilities
- Serve on the Park and Recreation Board (4 open positions, 1 student position)
- Serve on the Human Rights Commission (7 open positions, 1 student position)
- Serve on the Heritage Preservation Commission (2 open positions)
