About The Position

You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock and managing inventory within the warehouse. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and support the Warehouse team in the absence of the Warehouse Manager. You will coordinate the distribution and shipment of goods; prepare bills of lading, invoices & other shipping documents. You will manage inventory using both manual and computerized systems, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping. You will maintain internal record keeping system, record shortages, report & reject damaged goods. You will receive and route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received. You will prepare, pack and dispatch outgoing shipments in a timely and efficient manner. You will supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safe and proper handling of goods.

Requirements

• Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Excellent customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain Safety standards and compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Operator Certification will be an asset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure during peak seasons.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.
