Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures exactly.
Dependable and punctual with strong time management.
Comfortable working independently and staying focused in a production environment.
Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Able to read and follow written recipes, prep lists, labels, and safety instructions.
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to produce baked goods using company recipes and standards.
Portion, shape, proof, and bake products with attention to timing, oven settings, and quality.
Follow daily production lists and work with management to adjust quantities as needed.
Monitor product consistency (size, color, finish, doneness) and flag issues right away.
Label, date, and store products properly following food safety guidelines.
Receive and store inventory, rotate ingredients (FIFO), and keep storage areas organized.
Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace including dishes, tools, surfaces, and equipment.
Assist with prep and utility tasks as needed to support production flow.
Communicate clearly with the team to keep production moving smoothly and on time.
