Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in high volume cooking, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Holds a High School Diploma or GED
  • Exhibits hands-on experience as a broiler cook with a strong understanding of steak temperatures and precision cooking
  • Excels in expediting, ensuring smooth communication and timely service during peak operations

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef with daily prep, production, and service to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish
  • Maintain proper rotation, storage, and labeling of food to uphold freshness and control costs
  • Monitor station setup, cleanliness, and organization to support smooth kitchen operations
  • Support in the training and guidance of new team members to uphold departmental standards
  • Execute precise plating and presentation that reflects BR Prime’s fine-dining standards
  • Communicate and collaborate with kitchen leadership to meet service goals and maintain efficiency
  • Assist with inventory, ordering as needed
  • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and quality standards in compliance with company policies
