About The Position

As a Commercialization Product Manager in Kinexys, you are an integral part of the product team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships in partnership with Kinexys Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product development teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of payments landscape, banking, cross border payments and client requirements
  • Strong desire to work collaboratively on a winning team, with commitment to a growth mindset
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Advanced experience in engaging with clients on a regular basis and deep expertise in Asset Manager, Broker Dealers, FMIs and Digital Assets
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Experience in translating client needs to specific product requirements and assessing the x-impact on various product verticals

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of payments and understanding of blockchain & digital currencies
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers customers and manages commercialization of blockchain based payment products
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
  • Works with Kinexys Sales, and Client teams on product positioning, commercial strategy, and go‑to‑market execution, including selective direct client engagement where appropriate.
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product development teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
