This role is within the Enterprise Operations division, specifically on the Commercialization Operating Model (COM) team. The Operating Model Enabler is responsible for supporting the organizational operating model through tools, processes, learning operations, continuous improvement, AI/automation, and organizational rhythms. This role is key to effective planning, coordination, and execution, driving commercialization excellence across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, operating model enablement, project management, or learning operations initiatives.
  • Strong planning, analytical, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience administering and deploying enterprise tools, platforms, collaboration tools, and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, enterprise project platforms (e.g., Monday.com), and learning management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or AI/Automation.
  • Experience working with specific digital tools such as Cornerstone, Articulate 360, Synthesia, and AI/automation technologies.
  • A strong track record of designing and facilitating cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, deploy, train, and provide user support for operating model tools and platforms.
  • Lead AI/Automation and Knowledge Management initiatives in collaboration with Roche Digital Technology and other functions.
  • Manage the EverydayAI Champion network, coordinating AI adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the adoption and utilization of operating model tools, identifying areas for improvement in user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Support reporting, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement of operating model processes, standards, and ways of working.
  • Provide project management, coordination, and logistical support for Affiliate Outcome Planning, enterprise Work Packages (WPs), Commercialization Capability Learning Programs, and other COM initiatives.
  • Maintain and enable adoption of key tools for planning, prioritization, visibility, and execution.
  • Design and facilitate enterprise process improvement and workflow optimization workshops.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and organizational updates related to operating model priorities.
  • Assign mandatory Legal/Compliance, SHE, and Functional training to Canada Pharma commercial functions and other relevant training to the Mississauga site.
  • Partner with Global Learning Services (GLS) Learning Experts to manage requests for re-versioning learning objects and updating the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for technical issues and troubleshooting questions related to the LMS.
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create interactive online class modules and Product Monograph Assessments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, automate routine activities, and leverage GLS to improve local operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
