About The Position

LWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners who already work in the industry and want steady commercial work, organized crews, and higher earning potential at a growing, family-owned company. This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for experienced technicians comfortable working at height who can contribute immediately. This is a full-time, year-round position. Higher starting pay is offered for experience. Premium pay is considered for aerial lift operators, rope descent technicians, scaffolding experience, and crew leads. Typical work includes commercial building window cleaning, lift work and drop work (RDS), water-fed pole systems, atriums and interior glass, and work in hospitals, campuses, and large facilities. LWC Services offers consistent commercial work, proper equipment and maintained gear, organized scheduling and crews, and is a safety-focused company that understands the trade. Requirements

• Prior window cleaning or high-access experience
• Comfortable working at height
• Reliable transportation
