About The Position

Franklin Building Supply is seeking experienced Commercial (Heat Weld) Sheet Vinyl Subcontractors to collaborate on upcoming installation projects. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role, not an employee position. The role involves partnering with Franklin Building Supply on patterned and regular commercial sheet vinyl installation projects, maintaining full independence as a subcontractor, and offering flexible work opportunities based on project availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience with commercial sheet vinyl installation.
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
• Operate as an independent business entity.

Responsibilities

• Installation of heat-welded commercial vinyl, including patterns and cove base.
• Adherence to commercial daily safety meetings on all commercial projects.
• Work during the General Contractor's scheduled hours, which may include specific start/end times.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Meet insurance requirements.
• Onboard as a subcontractor for Franklin Building Supply.
