Commercial Vinyl Installer – Independent Contractor
About The Position
Franklin Building Supply is seeking experienced Commercial (Heat Weld) Sheet Vinyl Subcontractors to collaborate on upcoming installation projects. This role is structured as a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not as an employee of Franklin Building Supply. The work involves the installation of heat-welded commercial vinyl, including patterned designs and cove base, adhering to commercial daily safety meetings and the General Contractor's scheduled hours on all commercial projects. Successful candidates must possess their own tools, equipment, and transportation, and operate as an independent business entity. To begin the process, applicants will need to complete a subcontractor onboarding packet.
Requirements
- Proven experience with commercial sheet vinyl installation.
- Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
- Operate as an independent business entity.
- Meet insurance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Installation of heat-welded commercial vinyl, including patterns and cove base.
