About The Position

All Roads Trucks (Kenworth, Ford, Isuzu) is seeking an experienced Commercial Truck Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team in Upper Marlboro. The company boasts the largest stock of trucks on the East Coast, with over 200 ready for immediate delivery, including dump trucks, roll-offs, hook lifts, chip trucks, and refuse trucks. Their robust online presence generates daily leads, contributing to their rapid growth. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a competitive commission structure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License, CDL a plus
• Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
• Proven sales experience, prior truck sales preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
• All other duties as assigned.
