About The Position
Ring's End, Inc. of Darien, CT is hiring a full-time Commercial Truck Driver to deliver materials throughout Fairfield County and nearby New Haven County. We offer this full-time Commercial Truck Driver position a competitive wage.
Requirements
- Product knowledge
- Ability to meet physical requirements like lifting heavy items and/or using a forklift
- CDL Class B license and a clean driving record
- Compliant with all safety and Department of Transportation rules and regulations
- Attentive
- Organized and reliable
- Good communicator, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Transport building materials in a timely manner along a designated route.
- Check-in with clients on their experience with our service and handle any and all concerns with care.
- Load or unload building materials carefully, making sure the clients' items are kept intact.
- Ensure each delivery to the correct destination, as well as positively represent us at each stop.
- Keep all necessary paperwork up-to-date.
- Keep vehicles and equipment maintained.
- Navigate the roads with the utmost concern to those around you.
