Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL and satisfactory driving record.
- Must have a good general knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must have experience driving combination vehicles in all weather conditions.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 3-5 years of previous commercial vehicle driving.
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads refrigerated trailers and delivers dairy products to various locations.
- Responsible for the housekeeping of the trucks, including cleaning, washing, and ensuring TCCA equipment is at its highest level of safety, dependability, and appearance.
- Operate trucks and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
- Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
- Performs all other duties as assigned as needed.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Outlook and be able to enter information into a database.
- Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.
