About The Position

Fountain Tire Vermilion is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Commercial Tire Technician! This role involves a variety of tasks related to commercial, farm, industrial, and OTR tires, as well as customer service. The work environment can be unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, and windy, and the ideal candidate will be up for the challenge and able to be on call after hours.

Requirements

• Commercial or OTR tire experience (willing to train the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
• Ability to be on call after hours
• Ability to lift 100 pounds if required

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires
• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, service and tire sales
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Keeping yourself and coworkers safe on the job
