About The Position
Fountain Tire Fort McMurray is looking for a responsible, safe and dedicated associate to join our team as a Commercial Tire Technician! This role involves a variety of tasks related to commercial tires, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The work environment can be unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, and windy, requiring someone adaptable and up for the challenge. The position also requires on-call availability after hours.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial tire experience in a professional setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to be on call after hours
- Ability to lift 100 pounds if required
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, industrial and/or OTR tires
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Ensuring personal and coworker safety on the job
- Keeping customers safe and on the road
