About The Position
Wonderland Tire, a successful, multi-location, family-owned-and-operated company since 1978, is growing and has an opening for a Commercial Tire Technician at their Bluffton, OH location. Experience is preferred but not required as training and certification for commercial tire service are provided. This is a long-term career opportunity with a company that operates with integrity.
Requirements
- Great work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to maneuver up to 100 pounds
- Previous tire service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lift and jack semi-trucks, box trucks, and other commercial-rated vehicles
- Bolt and unbolt wheel assemblies
- Dismount, mount, and balance tire and wheels
- Air tires in safety cage
- Torque wheel assemblies
- Repair flats
- Perform work inside the shop, at customers’ business, or on the side of the road
