About The Position

We are seeking a new Industrial Tire Technician for our Saskatoon, SK store. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing Agriculture, Industrial and OTR vehicle tire removal, installation and repairs. This role plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, offering training and learning opportunities on how to conduct tire work on off-road equipment (AG, IND, OTR). You will operate heavy equipment tools to remove old tires and require a keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

Requirements

Strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
Valid driver’s license.
Commercial Service Technician Certification (Level 1 and 2)
Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Legally eligible to work for any Canadian employers.

Nice To Haves

Automotive or tire experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Working in the shop or in the field to perform tire removal, installation, flat proofing (foam fill) and repair services safely for Agriculture, Industrial and OTR tires.
Removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating and installing repaired or new tires, pressing tires and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
Working with medium tires and small OTR Tires.
Driving and operating various service trucks to transport tools, equipment and tires to customer locations and perform tire work.
Performing field repairs on punctures or minor damage to extend tire life.
Operating heavy-duty tire servicing equipment and tools to conduct repairs, inspections, and calibrations with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Maintaining compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards, reporting hazards, and actively contributing to maintaining hygiene standards.
