About The Position
This is a critical front-line role supporting fleets and customers 24/7. Every day is different with a mix of road service, fleet support, and shop work. There are long-term advancement opportunities within a growing company. Take-home service truck opportunities are available based on location and experience. Strong overtime earning potential is also a feature of this role.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and changing environments
- Valid driver’s license required
- DOT Medical Card
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and rotating on-call schedules
- Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to lift heavy tires and work in varying weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Commercial tire experience preferred
- On-road service experience strongly preferred
- CDL a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency roadside tire service calls for commercial, industrial, and mining customers
- Mount, dismount, repair, and replace commercial tires in the field
- Operate service trucks and complete roadside service safely and efficiently
- Perform after-hours and weekend on-call service as part of the rotation
- Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Support shop operations when not responding to service calls
