Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, including fleets, dealerships, and commercial accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions using Bauer Built’s tire management software.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and orders.
  • Collaborate with tire center and service teams to ensure timely product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to identify opportunities and remain competitive.
  • Ethically meet and exceed sales and profitability goals by following best sales practices and company standards.
