About The Position

As a Pickup & Delivery Driver, your mission is to receive, deliver, and pick up tires, retreads, wheels, and other tire-related products and materials. Purcell Tire and Service Center was built on a family tradition of trust and quality service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean 3-yr MVR with no DUIs
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background & drug screen
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Ability to lift, pull, or push heavy objects

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery driver and/or tire experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive a 2-ton (up to 26ft) box truck
• Pickup and delivery of tire inventory to/from local customers
• Fill requisitions and orders, preparing inventory for delivery
• Assist with loading/unloading of orders
• Assure accurate loads and deliveries
• Maintain delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety and perform all jobs in a safe manner
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Protect company assets (inventory, receivables, equip & real estate).
• Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
