About The Position

The Commercial Support Manager is the engine behind the Joint Business Development Program. As participating customers move through the program, this person makes sure the pieces that matter to them — their tier status, their invoices, their quarterly statements — are accurate and handled on time. They own the program's records and systems, work alongside the Data Analyst to turn activity into useful reporting, and act as the dependable first contact for anyone with a question. In short, they're the person who makes the program feel organized and trustworthy to the customers and sales staff who rely on it. We play a leading role in feeding the world's future generations. Responsibilities

  • Keep customer tiers up to date — assign tiers, update statuses, and keep the tier records accurate.
  • Reconcile program participation list with Sales records
  • Take in invoices submitted under the program, check them against their backup documents, and follow each one through to payment
  • Process and send out quarterly statements to customers, showing what they did in the program and what they earned
  • Track how customers are progressing toward their milestones and tier requirements, and report on it
  • Gather project data from program activity and keep it organized so it's easy to pull for analysis or reference
  • Work with the Data Analyst to build reports — both for customers and for internal teams
  • Be the first point of contact for everyday program questions from sales staff and customers, and pass the trickier ones to the right person
  • Provide monthly reports for JBDP
  • Access Aviagen Jotform Account Plans
  • DCRM Customer Communication
  • Assist with marketing events and support as needed
