Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. The Opportunity Grow Therapy works with most of the largest health plans in the country. As those relationships have matured, the interesting question has shifted from whether a plan works with us to what we should build together, and there is no standard answer to that question. This role owns a focused set of key relationships end to end. You decide what should be built with each plan, design the structure that delivers it, negotiate it, and stay with it once it is live. The work runs on a multi-year horizon. You will spend real time with health plans’ senior executives, enough that they bring you problems before they have decided what to do about them. You will work closely with our Director, Payor Strategy and our VP, Corporate and Business Development on a team small enough that each person carries a meaningful share of the company's strategy and influence to drive it.
