About The Position

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is based out of Quincy, MA or Remote. This role is contributing to the Electrification Commercial Strategy Team in USA. Main stakeholders are Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and supporting commercial teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or relevant in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
• Highly skilled in / enjoy working and interfacing with commercial leaders and sales.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer a student entering their senior/final year of school.
• You will have exposure to the entire USA market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
• Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
