Uber Freight is transforming how our commercial organization operates to create a more seamless experience for customers and customer-facing teams. As a Commercial Strategy & Transformation Lead, you will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Enablement, Product, and Finance to identify opportunities, design solutions, and lead strategic initiatives that improve commercial performance and reduce organizational friction. This role sits within the Commercial Strategy & Business Transformation team and will focus on some of the company's highest-priority commercial initiatives, including seller productivity, customer journey optimization, operating model design, process transformation, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution. They can diagnose complex business challenges, structure ambiguous problems, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change across large, matrixed organizations. They are also passionate about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
