About The Position

Support the Commercial Sales Strategy leadership team in preparing insights, analyses, and materials for the CCO and executive stakeholders. Engage across matrixed business teams such as Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Finance, to deploy go to market activities such as rapid value assessments. Contribute to ongoing refinement of sales strategies and operational processes by tracking themes, actions, and recurring execution gaps across leadership forums. Assist with rhythm of the business including preparation of all-hands calls and strategy meetings. Assist with board of directors and quarterly business review preparation by synthesizing complex sales, pipeline and revenue data into concise executive narratives. Support pipeline and forecast calls by providing data‑driven insights and briefing materials to sales leadership. Translate complex, sometimes ambiguous inputs into focused insights that anticipate leadership questions and enable action. Leverage Salesforce, PowerBI or other platforms, with embedded AI capabilities to analyze pipeline health, revenue trends, and forecast changes. Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, draft executive summaries, improve workflow, automate recurring work, and improve executive storytelling. This includes analyzing trends, risks, whitespace opportunities, and performance gaps across sales and services data. Continuously explore new AI‑enabled methods and tools to reduce manual effort to improve the quality, clarity, and speed of strategy insights delivered to commercial leadership. Help standardize and improve sales strategy templates, workflows, and recurring deliverables. Respond to ad hoc executive requests tied to growth, go‑to‑market effectiveness, and sales performance using an AI first approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales strategy, commercial analytics, consulting and sales operations within IT services or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve analysis, presentations, or workflow efficiency
  • Proven ability to translate data into revenue, growth, and execution outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to craft clear, compelling narratives.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and go‑to‑market concepts
