The Commercial Specialist supports commercial sales initiatives, manages vehicle fleet maintenance, and ensures the readiness of store vehicles. This role involves coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch, conducting account stocking visits, and performing outbound customer outreach. Additionally, the Commercial Specialist may perform customer deliveries, manage the parts department and backroom organization, and maintain product knowledge to assist with sales. They are also responsible for leading the commercial program in the absence of the Commercial Program Manager, including weekends as needed. Secondary responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers, supporting Commercial Program Managers (CPPs) and General Managers (GMs) with various tasks and projects, and aiding in the onboarding of new team members.
