Requirements

Prior solar, construction, or electrical experience.
Strong work history with career progression.

2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, electrical, or construction.
Electrical coding strongly desired.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, squatting, and hauling 50+ lbs.
Capable of working in hot climates.
Understanding of commercial solar mechanical and electrical principles.
A valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
Willingness to travel weeks at a time across the US, 90% of the year.

Responsibilities

Work with a team of installers on commercial solar projects.
Safely execute quality workmanship and timely completion of work assignments.
Ensure proper safety, quality, and attitude in accordance with all company policies.
Perpetuate the mission, goals, and values of Freedom Solar Power.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
