We're looking for a Commercial Solar Foreman who knows how to lead from the front. Requirements

Commercial solar experience preferred
Construction leadership experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate a crew and lead by example
Must have your own hand tools necessary to perform the job
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel throughout New Mexico
Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments
Ability to lift, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work

Responsibilities

Lead commercial solar installation crews on projects throughout New Mexico.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Keep your team productive, accountable, and motivated.
Coordinate daily tasks, materials, equipment, and workflow.
Maintain excellent communication with project managers and office staff.
Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.
