Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial and/or residential plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth plumbing knowledge
- Willingness to learn and operate jetting equipment
- Proven ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow long-term
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve commercial and residential plumbing service issues
- Perform service work focused on solving root problems
- Operate or learn to operate 4,000 PSI jetting equipment
- Work independently when needed while collaborating effectively with the team
- Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and leadership
- Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, processes, and overall team performance
