Requirements

2+ years in commercial maintenance services
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Can work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Must be technically savvy with work order systems through the use of a cellphone

Versatility across multiple trades is a plus.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
May be required to participate in on-call rotation.
