About The Position

K&D Factory Service, a leader in commercial HVAC/R and kitchen equipment repair since 1945, is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technicians (Dual Tech) to join our team. We specialize in servicing restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position for experienced technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience. Our technicians operate out of 7 branches and are crucial to maintaining the operational success of our clients' businesses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R, or in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a successful background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Accurately report all service activities on the tablet after every call.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with internal team members.
• Work on an on-call schedule, which includes overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.
