About The Position
HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems. This role is for a technician who enjoys solving complex service issues and working with a knowledgeable team that prioritizes quality workmanship. The technician will service a variety of commercial equipment, including chilled water systems, low-temperature refrigeration systems, ice machines, package units, and other commercial HVAC equipment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, and refrigeration
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Texas Technician Registration required
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ice machines and advanced refrigeration systems preferred
- HVAC trade school training preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment service
- Troubleshoot refrigeration and mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate service records using company-provided technology
