This role involves engaging with customers to assess support needs, providing products and services, and maintaining customer and sales information in CRM and Case Management systems. The representative acts as the primary point of contact for small commercial dumpster and temporary Roll-Off inquiries, generating market interest and sales, and developing a prospective sales pipeline. Responsibilities also include managing service agreements, developing customer retention materials, organizing follow-up meetings, identifying new sales opportunities through data analysis, and developing customer satisfaction surveys. Continuous learning and participation in training are expected to expand knowledge of company products, sales, and services.
