About The Position

Join a National Leader in Commercial & Industrial Service Work! We are hiring a Commercial Service Plumber for long-term work in Arizona. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools like cameras and drain cleaning equipment. The plumber will conduct routine and preventive maintenance for domestic water and sanitary systems, gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices, as well as drainage, waste, and vent systems. The position requires reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and system schematics, and collaborating with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems. Documentation of work, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications, is essential. All work must comply with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes.
  • Skilled with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras.
  • Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Nice To Haves

  • Arizona plumbing license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues.
  • Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for: Domestic water and sanitary systems Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices Drainage, waste, and vent systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics.
  • Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.
  • Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications.
  • Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards.
