About The Position

White Castle Roofing is seeking a hands-on Commercial Service / Operations Manager to lead our Denver market. This role is responsible for driving accountability, managing daily service operations, developing team members, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and profitable work. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and steps in wherever needed to keep the market running strong.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of TPO, shingle, metal, and tar & gravel roofing systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop the service team
  • Set goals and drive accountability and results
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and field coordination
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
  • Diagnose roofing issues and ensure quality execution
  • Ensure safety, documentation, and company standards are met
  • Step in with job superintending or on-site support as needed
