About The Position

The Commercial Operations Manager leverages data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions, drive growth, and optimize operational performance. This role analyzes sales, customer, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and presents actionable recommendations to business leaders. The position manages product lifecycle logistics, supports launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives, and ensures internal teams have up-to-date information. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing customer escalations, leading cross-functional projects, and maintaining performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams through complex projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Valid driver s license required; ability to travel as needed
  • Minimum bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience, preferably in retail or photo

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance, forecasting, customer insights, and operational trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Present data driven insights and actionable recommendations to business leaders to support strategic decision making
  • Support product and software launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Project planning to develop schedule/plans for equip roll-out
  • Manage logistics across the full product lifecycle
  • Partner with support teams to ensure they have up to date information
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to promote Kodak Alaris s products and services.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and communicate insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders to support decision making
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a customer facing environment and leadership
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations
  • Ad hoc reporting
