The Commercial Operations Manager leads the team of Commercial Operations Specialist. The focus of this position is ensuring excellence in the area of customer setup, customer maintenance, buy list setup/maintenance, commissions, depletions reconciliation, as well as other areas that help to support the sales and marketing teams. Priorities PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member. Grow sales volume, manage and optimize cost of goods and overheads - while delivering highest quality products. Priority Brands will grow in volume and profit at a faster rate than the total business, and will comprise more than 65%. Strategic and annua Increasing Sazerac's profitability. Utilize the new price structure system to more accurately measure Sazerac's financial contribution with the distributor, increase efficiency with retail pricing and identify financial opportunities. Our Division Managers will be able to supply consistent pricing models for key brands in key markets based on consumer pricing worked back to the FOB and be able to make coherent proposals for new brands in new markets using that same technique.
