As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Commercial Service Coordinator to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organized, and values teamwork and exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with a fun, hardworking group in a family-owned and operated company that truly treats its employees like family. While prior construction scheduling experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong administrative backgrounds who are motivated to learn—we're happy to provide training for the right individual.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Previous scheduling experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Aspire software a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and monthly inspections and communicate with property managers
• Type up repair quotes and email for approval
• Invoicing for completed work in Commercial Department
• Annual Contract renewals and procurement
• Answer phones and help with residential scheduling as needed
