About The Position

Commercial Service Coordinator – Security, Access, CCTV & Fire Systems Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Atronic Alarms has protected commercial businesses across the Kansas City area for over 40 years. We're growing, and we need an organized, customer-focused Commercial Service Coordinator to be the hub connecting our clients, technicians, and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills — you keep moving parts organized
• Clear, professional communication, written and verbal
• Comfort learning new software/technology on the job
• 3+ years of coordinating, customer service, or dispatching experience
• Detail-oriented communicators who learn quickly and stay current with new security technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot both technical and administrative inquiries

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a field service, installation, or trades-adjacent industry
• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service
• Familiarity with security, fire, or low-voltage systems
• Experience in a service or installation environment is a plus
• Strong organizers who excel at prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for commercial clients — calls, emails, and texts
• Schedule installations, service calls, and routine system inspections
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians to keep jobs on track
• Provide basic technical support (toggling chimes, silencing keypads, pulling system reports)
• Monitor system health alerts and get ahead of issues before they become problems
