They will represent Johnson Controls Security as a trusted resource for integrated security solutions and deliver a strong customer experience through post-installation follow-up and ongoing engagement that supports satisfaction and retention. Generating referrals and new opportunities through Centers of Influence, partnerships, and customer relationships is also key. Maintaining deep product knowledge and staying current on evolving customer needs and market trends is essential.
