About The Position

At Bud Clary Auto Group, a family-owned dealership network in Washington State, our vibrant culture drives success. Outside sales professional responsible for daily prospecting on new accounts and continued maintenance and relationship building in existing accounts on a consistent and regular basis to build a 90-day rolling average of 15-20 vehicle sales per month.

Responsibilities

• Must open five new relationships daily
• Understand how the dealership operates and work within the rules and guidelines set forth by the sales manager.
• Learn all dealership paperwork and follow up requirements and agree to follow procedures.
• Complete all paperwork required by the dealership on all sales in a timely manner determined by the commercial sales manager.
• Provide a complete vehicle overview to all customers on delivery.
• Complete follow up after delivery to include thank you letter, next day call, one week follow up and four week follow up.
• Maintaining an up to date database on all clients and prospects in ACT or similar program as well as an organized call book.
• Continued education on vehicle product knowledge, sales knowledge and marketing skills.
• Sell additional dealership services including service department and the parts department.
• Move the sales process in a positive direction on a timely basis.
