About The Position

Join the Best-One Team! Best-One Tire & Service in Oak Grove is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative who is passionate about serving customers and has an urgency to win new business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience and is motivated to deliver results.

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of outside sales, business development, or commercial account management experience required
• Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Evaluating customer needs and selling company products and services
• Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial tire and fleet management customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales initiatives
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while protecting the Company's financial interests
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations
• Collaborate with Operations, Store Managers, and Service teams to ensure successful implementation of new business
• Achieve or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals
• Protect the Company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional business relationships
• Delivering tires to customers as needed
• Requires frequent local travel
