Job Description Your Responsibilities Responsible for generating sales of our diverse range of commercial building products to prospective commercial construction clients. The Commercial Outside Sales Rep will play a crucial role in expanding our commercial market presence, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct sales activities and coordination with branch support teams. Identify and target potential clients within the commercial construction industry to promote and sell our building products. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends to tailor sales strategies effectively. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and following up on opportunities. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of our building products. Collaborate closely with the internal sales team, branch management, product managers, and technical experts to ensure accurate product information is provided to clients. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify new sales opportunities. Communicate and coordinate proactively with Branch Support teams to ensure effective and successful support of material sales and deliveries, driving customer satisfaction and repeat business. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
