Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B or Outside Sales
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop a pipeline and close sales
  • Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn
  • Self-starter attitude with initiative and resilience

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow customer accounts by learning their business needs and proactively positioning IPS solutions
  • Prioritize customer opportunities that have the greatest potential for growth and success
  • Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with cost-saving initiatives and build rapport to retain long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange selling strategies and marketing insights
  • Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and value-added solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for market growth
