Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license required, as some travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage a portfolio of commercial clients through B2B sales efforts.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of proposals and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing business clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and use historical data to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal departments and field specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the B2B market.
