About The Position

Sparkle Squad is a fast-growing, brand-driven team known for professionalism, quality work, and standing out in the field. We specialize in commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter services, and seasonal lighting for medical offices, dealerships, HOAs, retail centers, and professional properties. This is a commission-only 1099 role with uncapped earning potential. You focus on opening doors and building relationships — Sparkle Squad handles the estimating, scheduling, and service execution. Strong performers build recurring commercial accounts that generate consistent income. The role involves calling on commercial properties, introducing services, identifying needs, facilitating client approval, and building long-term relationships. You will be the face of the brand, not performing the cleaning services.

Requirements

Represent the Sparkle Squad brand professionally in the field
