Requirements

  • Be experienced with B2B sales.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Capable of handling difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Must be a team player who works productively with a wide range of people and independently.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must be able to complete and pass a criminal background check, MVR & drug screening prior to starting employment.
  • Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Sell all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito and wildlife exclusion services.
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the service team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect for and generate new sales, determining the right mix of products to provide solutions to customers.
  • Demonstrate success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques, including significant prospecting.
  • Quickly earn and display technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.
