Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of prior sales experience
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations: Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board, which must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Obtain, develop, and generate sales leads.
Develop leads and sales through creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations, working targeted lists (restaurants, hotels, motels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartment houses, office property management firms, manufacturing, health facilities and other large businesses), and networking groups while attending meetings.
Understand that Pest Control is a maintenance program to ensure customers do not suffer from recurring pest activity, ultimately ensuring the safety and well-being of customers.
