The primary objective is to foster a team that consistently meets targets with a well-managed pipeline and clear execution strategies. The successful candidate will enhance team consistency, refine execution, and maintain a clear understanding of business performance. Responsibilities include direct coaching of representatives, monitoring deal progress, identifying and removing obstacles, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure team support and alignment.
