About The Position
Bridgestone Commercial Tire is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager (CSM) to drive growth for our commercial tire and retread business in Phoenix, AZ. Reporting to the Region Manager, you will partner with our dealers and market team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional solutions to fleet customers. This is a remote position. This individual will be required to live in the AZ market and cover related territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of related industry experience; or equivalent work experience
- Must live in the AZ market and cover related territories.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets and partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs) to conduct daily sales calls.
- Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies.
- Drive the training and adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools.
- Monitor dealer inventory levels, forecast future needs, and collect competitive intelligence.
- Conduct "Fleet Genba" activities (direct on-site observation) to understand customer operations and recommend solutions.
- Adhering to safety protocols, customer safety requirements, and proper PPE usage.
